Notice is hereby given that the Village of Edmore Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a special meeting and public hearing at the Curtis Community Building, 209 S. Sheldon Street, Edmore, MI 48829 at 7:00pm on Monday, April 18, 2022 to take public comment on the following: Request for variance from section 2.21(c) of the Edmore Zoning ordinance to allow for the foundation between piers to be 24” deep at 550 E. North St, Edmore, Michigan 48829. All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing and be heard. Additional information may be obtained from Edmore Village Office, 209 S. Notice of Planning Commission Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that the Village of Edmore Planning Commission will hold a rescheduled public hearing at 12:00pm on April 1st, 2022, at the Curtis Community Building, 209 S. Sheldon, Edmore, MI 48829. The Village of Edmore Council will then hold a rescheduled public hearing at 7:00 pm on Monday, April 11th, 2022 at the Curtis Community Building, 209 S. Sheldon, Edmore, MI 48829. Both hearings will be held to take public comment on the following:
Rezoning request to amend the R1 zoning district to include parcel number 041-628-022-00.

Notice of 2022 Budget Hearing
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with Michigan Compiled Laws 15.261-15.275 and 141.411-141.415, that the VILLAGE OF EDMORE will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Monday, February 14, 2022 at 7: 00 PM, with a Special Meeting to immediately follow at the Curtis Community Center, 209 South Sheldon Street, Edmore, Michigan. The purpose of this public hearing is to hear public comment on the proposed budget for the Fiscal year 2022-2023. The property tax millage rate proposed to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing. Citizens attending this hearing have the right to provide written and oral comments regarding the proposed budget. A copy of the entire proposed budget is available for public inspection after February 4, 2022 during regular business hours at the Edmore Village Office, 209 South Sheldon Street, Ed more, Michigan.

- Amending SECTION 9.02 of the Zoning Ordinance to include “Offices; Professional and Business (may include display and/or retail, wholesale of goods, and medical clinics except veterinary clinics).
- Amending the Zoning Ordinance B2 zoning district to include 300 W. Main St., parcel number 041-210-013-01, and 208 W. Main, parcel number 041-210-005-10
- Rezoning request to amend the B2 zoning district to include 500 W. Home Street, parcel number 041-210-013-10.
